Library short loan memorandum – Renew or withdraw?

In recent days, you may have seen our memorandum to academics on the Short Loan Collection. This vital annual process aims to keep our short loan collection for student ‘essential reading’ in good shape.

Attached to the memorandum is an excel sheet with a list of items attached to your name.  We need you to do two things for us:

1. Indicate if you want each title on your list to be either renewed or withdrawn from short loan;
2. Check that the module information for each item is correct.

Completing this process as soon as possible will greatly help us to effectively manage our short loan collection. If you have any queries about the processdon’t hesitate to contact the Business Librarian.

(And also! Don’t forget it’s never too early to order new short loan texts for 2010-2011!!)
